CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

  1. If enrollment is less than the required minimum face-to-face class size, we reserve the right to cancel the course, and the enrolled applicant can opt to enroll to the next available face-to-face class. There will be no refund.
  2. If the cancellation notice is received from the enrolled applicant 7 calendar days before the commencement date of the face-to-face course, the enrolled applicant can opt to enroll to the next available face-to-face class. There will be no refund.
  3. If the cancellation notice is received from the enrolled applicant within 7 days before the commencement date of the course, the enrolled applicant can opt to enroll to the next available face-to-face class. There will be no refund.

EPPLHK reserves the right to postpone or cancel the face-to-face class should the enrollment fall below the minimum required, in which case the enrolled applicants will be informed at least 5 days before the commencement date of the course.
