    About the course

    Introduction

    Dynamic Solutions of Wealth Planning course aims to equip participants with essential professional knowledge and tools in estate and succession planning to enhance their core advisory service using a holistic approach and engage with their end clients effectively for sustainable long term business relationship.

    The Program me is registered under the Non-Local Higher and Professional Education (Regulation) Ordinance of the Education Bureau, Hong Kong SAR. The registration number is 373322.
    And it has been accredited by HKCAAVQ’s as Type 1 Qualified CPD activity for Licensed Insurance Intermediaries with Reference Number: HKCAVVQ 80/318/02
    6 CPD pionts will be granted after completing this course.

    Learning Objectives

    • To provide an understanding of the practices of inheritance planning for families, the foundational principles of building lasting family legacy.
    • To delve into the fundamental principles of wealth planning and the advisory process.

    • To give insight on the topics of strategies for successor identification and selection, the grooming of next generation for the family business and the risks of in-family conflicts.
    • To give details on how estate planning tools can help to finetune the solutions for the wealth and succession planning needs of high-net-worth individuals and successful business owners.
    •  To give an understanding of family offices —the design, function and governance and to explore charitable giving strategies to help build family legacies, embodying the values and beliefs of the patriarch/matriarch.
